Fiaz
Jaleel, M.D. is well-known as a
compassionate and caring physician and is devoted to minimizing pain and
enhancing quality of life for all of his patients.
A
native of Trinidad and Tobago, he graduated from the University of the
West Indies in 1987 and worked in the public health service as a House
Officer and District Medical Officer for several years.
Dr. Jaleel moved to the United States and started his internship in
Internal Medicine at St. Francis Hospital in Chicago, IL in 1996.
In 2000, he completed his 3-year residency training program at Barnes
Jewish Hospital, St. Louis, MO in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation.
Dr. Jaleel is Board Certified in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation
and is a Fellow of the American Academy of Physical Medicine and
Rehabilitation. He is also an active member of The American
Association of Sensory Medicine.
Before moving to Florida in 2006, he worked in the Chicago suburban area
with an Orthopedic Surgery Practice. He established Florida Pain
Solutions in May 2009, which is located in Altamonte Springs, Florida. His
medical interest focuses on Acute and Chronic Pain Management,
Musculoskeletal Medicine and Electrodiagnostic Evaluations.
